Who really is private investigator in Slovenia?

Fact No. 1: Citizen of Republic of Slovenia. Fact No. 2: Highly educated individual with good sense for observations, conclusions and logical reasoning, he must at least finish a two-year post-secondary or professional higher education institution. Fact No. 3: He passed an examination. Fact No. 4: He has no criminal record nor is in procedure by law institutions. Fact No. 5: For past two years he did not work as authorized official within the Ministry of the Interior or intelligence agencies.

How and when to hire a private investigator?

LAW ON PRIVATE INVESTIGATING ACTIVITY (Article 9) says:

Detectives may obtain the information directly from the persons to which such information relates as well as from other persons in the possession of such information that are willing to provide it of their own accord, and from the mass media on:

• the missing or hiding persons, debtors, authors or senders of anonymous letters, and persons responsible for material damage;
• stolen or lost objects;
• evidence required for insurance or proving of rights and entitlements of individual parties before judicial and other authorities and organizations deciding on such rights in the proceedings;
• loyalty of employees in the observance of the provision in restraint of trade;
• performance and competence of legal persons

What is my specialty?

I am specialized for investigation of fraudelent activity in banking and insurance area. I work mostly on the financial field and in discovering of document falsification.

My profession degree is from educational area and from that point of view I am specializing for child abuse (molestation) and adolescent violence. I am specializing in searching for proofs about bullying and about teenager gangs!

Prices

For one hour of active data work we charge 30 U$D or EUR.

There is one day cost for our service (without material costs) for cases where there is a lot of observations and tracing: 240 U$D or EUR.

Our customers must pay our material expenses in advance: travel and accomodation costs.

There is a rule: for any case where customer's gain in the end is going to be greater than 1.000 U$D or EUR, customer pays 200 U$D or EUR in advance for starting costs and for initial procedures.
